Email Programs
With the rash of recent virus problems, it might be a good time to look at some less vulnerable email programs. Outlook and Outlook Express, while good programs, are the target of most current email viruses.
Pegasus Mail My favorite email program. It's stable, has all the bells and whistles, and best of all, it's free!
Eudora Pro Also an excellent email program. And they've recently released a free version of this too. It has some ads, but they don't seem too annoying.
Online Storage & Backups
These sites allow you to backup and store files on a remote server. You could also access files with a notebook computer from anywhere that you have net access.
